Station wins 4 First Place Awards and 2 Special Mentions including Best regularly scheduled local news program, Best Continuing News Coverage, Best Sports Coverage and Best Interview


NEW YORK, June 11, 2007-- CW11/WPIX, Tribune Broadcasting's New York CW affiliate, was awarded six New York State Associated Press Broadcasters Association News Awards (NYSAPBA) at the annual banquet held in Saratoga Springs on Saturday, June 9, 2007.

The annual NYSAPBA Awards recognize the best in New York broadcast journalism.
