Nigel Barker of ‘America’s Next Top Model’ and Make-A-Wish Foundation® Turn Fashion Dreams into Reality

NEW YORK (Nov. 16, 2007) Nigel Barker, renowned photographer and judge on the hit television show America's Next Top Model, is teaming up with the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, Seventeen magazine and the CW11 (WPIX-TV Channel 11) to grant four young women their wishes to be fashion models.
Gabrielle, Emily, Ramona and Kayla will spend a day with Barker at Industria Superstudio in New York City to get a taste of life as fashion models. The girls, each diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition, will receive makeovers and pose in a Make-A-Wish® fashion photo shoot with Barker behind the lens.
Caridee English, winner of cycle 7 of America's Next Top Model will make an appearance and help coach the girls throughout the photo shoot and a representative from Q Model Management will be present to offer tips and answer any questions the girls may have about modeling.
The event will be documented by CW11 News at Ten and featured in the pages of Seventeen magazine. The CW11 news team will feature behind-the-scenes footage from the photo shoot on Friday night's CW11 News at Ten (10 p.m. EST).

Nigel Barker has been involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation since 2004. For Barker, taking part in wish experiences has become even more special to him with every wish kid he meets.
