WPIX-TV America's Next Top Model Treatment Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. TO ENTER & WIN: You must be 16 years of age or older and a legal resident NY, NJ or CT at time of drawing. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. From February 20, 2008 through May 14, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), watch "America's Next Top Model" on CW11, Wednesdays from 8PM-9PM EST. The Sweepstakes Phone Number (1-866-414-CW11) will appear on screen once during each episode aired during the Sweepstakes Period, at which time participants must call the Sweepstakes Phone Number to enter. The eleventh (11th) caller to the Sweepstakes Phone Number after its appearance on screen will be declared a daily winner (subject to eligibility verification and compliance with the rules). There will be one winner each week (13 winners in total). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Automated entries are prohibited and any use of such automated devices will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for busy signal, phone system malfunctions, or any other technical difficulties that may interfere with an entrant's ability to complete calls. Only calls to the Sweepstakes Phone Number will be accepted for entry.

2. PRIZES: One winner each week (for a total of 13 winners) will receive a gift certificate for services at Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa ($813.96 total gift certificate value) plus $500 spending money (weekly prize total of $1313.96) Except as expressly provided in these rules, prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. If any prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Sponsors reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. The Winner must claim his/her prizes by 5/31/08 at the WPIX-TV Studios (located at 220 E.42nd Street, New York, NY 10017). Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and no alternate winners will be selected. One prize per person and per household.

3. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS: Entrants agree Sponsor has the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from this Sweepstakes and that its decision is final and binding. Except where prohibited by law, entrants 16 years of age and older agree to allow use of their name, voice, photograph, likeness and any information provided on entry form, in any medium of communication, including print, Internet, radio and/or television and for any purpose, including advertising, promotional or other purposes, by Sponsor and/or its affiliates, without additional compensation. Winners by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies and affiliates, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of their prize. Sponsor is not responsible for personal injury of any prizewinner incurred in connection with the use of their prize. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability prior to receiving their prize. Winners assume all applicable tax liability for their prize. All federal, state and local laws apply, and this contest is void where prohibited by law. Winner must provide proof of legal name, address, zip code, telephone number and social security number to receive prize (for example, in the form of a government-issued drivers license or identification card). 4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is not open to employees of Sponsor or its employees. Immediate family members, employees or immediate family members of any of Sponsor's affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, or sponsors are also ineligible.

5. SPONSOR: Sweepstakes is sponsored by CW11 WPIX TV, 220 East 42 Street, New York, NY 10017. Void where prohibited or restricted.
